-Mobs which are mesmerized no longer move or stand.
-The damage mitigation reduction from Bastion has been lowered, from 10% to 7%. This was done because of Posture: Form gives a 20% damage reduction.
-Fixed weaklytic's help file printout. It mentioned damage done but was really damage mitigation (however, the affect's displays when it wore off already mentioned defenses).
