-Increased the regeneration of players from 10 seconds to 30.
-Lowered the time for NPC resets from 10 minutes to 7.
-If a player or a NPC is bleeding, they do not heal normally. Bleeding is minor at low amounts, but can be very dangerous with higher wounds or, with a lot of small wounds. It scales linearly. This helps to prevent a death spiral for players/NPCS (a case where as each additional wound is applied, they suffer even more, thus making their demise that much faster). There are no other impediments to wounds - you just lose health.
-Improved the quality of the timers in the game. They will behave much better.
-Updated various networking code to allow for timer handlers to be installed by the server.
-You can now use " and ' for grouping commands. This means with casting, you can now use ' to group the spell name. IE: cast 'fire bolt' stalker.
-Improved the performance of logging/stripping out color tags.
-Improved the staff lookup command for various things in the game.
-Improved various backend items in regards to how well the game keeps track of certain items.
-Added various statistics about the game.
-Added in the command exits.
-Added in the command scan.
-You no longer go AFK after a copyover.
-The commands command now buffers the output to the player. The commands are getting lengthy!
