-Fixed the issue with the reuse times in the abilities not counting down.
-As a mage, you can no longer gain element charges for spells that haven't been allocated. For example, if you have no allocated any charges to fire spells, and cast a fire charge builder, you'll now gain no fire charges.
-Added another staff command to help with updating players correctly.
