-Wrote up messages for the initial fire spells that'll be in the game.
-Fixed an issue with the cast command returning a gift rather than a spell.
-DoTs now remove themselves when the attacker is no longer in the game. This prevents many issues: abuse, potential crash bugs and memory leaks and ensures the code is simplistic.
-DoTs now use their own damage method, which makes them significantly more effective.
-Fixed a whole bunch of funny issues with DoTs and NPCs and messages.
-Fixed the issues with having funky messages in combat based on affects.
-Updated several DoT messages to use proper messages.
-Added the damage component to Subdue.
-Added in the spell Fire Shock.
