-Moved inventory ahead of inspect on the command list.
-Added in starting titles for players.
-Updated some logging for quests.
-Added some coloring to a portion of the charge screen.
-Fixed some potential crash bugs with NPCs moving into various rooms.
-Fixed a saving issue with help files.
-Added in the old socials.
-Player and NPC descriptions can now handle $N protocol. This means you can do great things.
-Continued working on the newbie area.
