-The rune resistance is in. You can place an elemental mitigation buff on your armor. This is useful for blocking non-melee damage type. So if you fought a lot of monsters that used ACID attacks, you could add extra damage mitigation on top of your normal armor. Example: If your armor blocked 10 damages of damage, you could add an acid mitigation rune to increase it by 5 points, totaling 15. This stacks on collectively, so this rune will be quite good for special monsters!
