-Added a new type of aggressive flag for NPCs.
-Added in a canAttack check for NPCs. This should mean NPCs can't attack things that they normally shouldn't be able too. It may have some unforeseen issues - so keep an eye open and report any problems!
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
