-Fixed the issue with Contacts not being able to select one at max level.
-Renamed the lockpick model to lockpick cutter.
-Improved some aspects of Craft Lock Picks.
-Formatted the help file for Graceful Counter.
-Made many improvements to Retort.
-Added the Agent gadget Clockwork Counter Attack Gun (Better name pending, folks. 500 gold reward to someone who suggests a cooler one!).
-Colored some aspects of inspect.
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
