-Added more information to the inspect screen for shields.
-Improves the way shields calculate these statistics (this is a back end change).
-Previously, shields would block a random amount of damage from special attacks. This has been changed to be the average: bucklers: 10%, kites: 17% and towers: 23%. This will make the game play more consistent and better for the player. Sometimes, a player could roll low and essentially their shield would be less useful.
-Added the Agent gadget Wrist Gun (new name pending).
-Abilities now can be used only once per battle/life of a specific target. For example, you may only use the wrist gun once a target. This goes for all players. The wrist gun does 10% in health damage, so we don't want 10 Agents to all firing at a single powerful target and killing it with no challenge.
-Added the Agent gadget Elemental Blast Vaporizer. This concludes the basic clockwork gadgets all Agents get.
-This time, I have really fixed Retort. I really have! Haha!
-More coloring.
-Added the once per battle information to the ability help file parser.
-Fixed an issue with the Resonance help file displaying bogus syntax.
-Added more precision to the scaling data for affects.
-Some abilities may now be only used while in a hidden state.
-Added the Evonia Agent skill Shadow Ravage.
