-Uploaded the unstable Viewable code.
-Added some new mod types for Actinate.
-Fixed some issues Actinate ran into. Man, this Actinate guy, he is causing so many problems around here.
-Added CONVERT_DAMAGE_TYPE.
-WHOOO! I fixed a really strange performance problem that I discovered lately. Had some debug turned on. This is now turned off.
-Added stacking and cool down times on the weapon hit affects.
-Added a knockdown mob program.
-Also changed the way the combat code organizes its knockdown so it is reusable for the mob program. Let me know if anything odd happens.
-Added a success printout to fuse.
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
