-Added %C for a message if you're in combat on the prompt.
-Briskness is now a Loanman Agent focus skill (Loner rogues can still use this).
-Increased the amount of gold given by the dynamic kill quest. Previously, it was level/10 and now it is BETWEEN level/10 and level/20.
