-Stasis can only be used on NPCs now.
-Stunned targets now receive -4 levels to their defense.
-Fixed an issue with damage on hit and mob programs not playing nice.
-Time Bomb doesn't display the stun wear off anymore.
-The message in runic recharge saying it is fully recharged is fixed and does not appear when it shouldn't.
-The cost to recharge runes is slightly more. This will be getting a revamp soon.
-Fixed an issue with the resistance and imbuement runes. If you're having issues, contact me for fixes!
