-The HINT functionality has been moved to the config section.
-Hints are now default OFF for new players. It is too spammy with the new tutorial system. But they can turn it on still.
-Tutorial work folks!
-Tweaked some of the room descriptions in the newbie docks to be less verbose due to the tutorial system now handling that information.
-You can now train Disguise a few levels for a gold fee.
-Pickpocket redesign.
* indicates a change requires an upload+copyover.
