-Blue Jet is now level 100.
-Rending Electrical Tendrils is now level 87 and is now called Arcing Electrical Tendrils.
-AET has a larger strength debuff and it lasts longer.
-Fixed the fletching quivers to be the proper sizes and behaviors.*
