-Potency works different for Cleric gifts now. It doesn't get applied twice, one to the base number and a second time vs the newly created base number against the favors. It now simply modifies your favor amount. So if you spent say 10 favors, and had 100% potency from mind-graft, it'd act like you had 20 favors. This will reduce things accordingly. ie: from 163 to 40.*
