-Lunar Sage writings.
-Lunar Incantations now has siphon and clear options.*
-If any moon is at 0 Lunar energy, all Lunar Sages get +3 seconds to their cycle command. If both moons are at 0, it's +6 seconds total. If you are a Lord of a Moon, you get +1 second, for a total of +7 seconds of added delay.*
-Insight now increases seepage experience gained.*
-Fixed a bug with folks from level 75-99 had too high of a seepage cap.*
-Fixed a bug with the seepage % display on the attribute screen. It was using the wrong cap and thus had a smaller % than what you could cap out at. It doesn't change how much you gained at all since this was only used to display a % string on the attribute screen. The actual cap was always using the right cap values.*
